Spirited Fusion is a premium, Asian-inspired alcohol-free mocktail brand founded by Wing.

Born and raised in London to parents who emigrated from Hong Kong, Wing grew up between cultures — where food, hospitality, and gathering around the table were at the heart of everyday life. Those early experiences shaped a deep respect for flavour, balance, and the way drinks and food bring people together.

After a successful career in finance, Wing retrained as a chef, working in fine-dining kitchens and hosting supper clubs under her culinary brand, Timmy’s Fusion — named in tribute to her late father, Timmy. It was through these events that Spirited Fusion was born.
Guests loved the food, but many were also looking for something else in the glass: drinks with depth, complexity, and celebration — without alcohol.
